COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Celesco PT9600-0200-131-CC-HR90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Centroid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clarostat-Skan-A-Matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Clayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Centroid such as the DC3IOB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the s01224 manufactured by Clarostat-Skan-A-Matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Clarostat-Skan-A-Matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CFM4 by Manufacturer Clayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ckd Brand CAC3A5080Y1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as 8005711R equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS340010 made by Cognex as well as the popular DMR362QL0000 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ISS140 by Cerus and 8005711R spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 123260 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chessell. |
