COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Celesco PT1DC-15-DN-Z10-MC4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex-Checker-101 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the WPC3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 28905 manufactured by Cm and we are pleased to be able to service most Cm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 870072 by Manufacturer Cognex-Checker-101 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ckd Brand PCC5030DFL7747 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as DMR8500 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35314350A made by Cincinnati as well as the popular BNR3324AQH00HD0001 original spares produced by Cleveland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C8010152C by Cleveland and DMR8500 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D418386C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleveland. |
