COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cegelec CDR 1168-4001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dart-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Contraves product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta such as the VFD110B23A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 530BRE36MA manufactured by Dart-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Dart-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A2272 by Manufacturer Contraves as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand HVX002A24A1B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dings such as V0X67101538S equipment made by Dings have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dings products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dings" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 95008603M75R14ICD made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular VLT5011 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLT5011PT5B20STR1DLF10A00C0 by Danfoss and V0X67101538S spares by Dings are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 175Z7360 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
