COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cegelec ALSPA GD3000E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the HMX34AG08721N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPSILON205EI205 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G1L05203 by Manufacturer Delta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLT5003PT5C54STR0DL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Comau such as 3X1545AC equipment made by Comau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PVB10RSY made by Eaton as well as the popular VFD022V43A2 original spares produced by Delta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVX020A25A4N1 by Cutler-Hammer and 3X1545AC spares by Comau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 811064 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Charmilles-Robofil. |
