COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cds FM15 / CDS-FM15S5N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maple-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the L123037USS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IPCBXM10DC54JIPCPOA100SH manufactured by Contec and we are pleased to be able to service most Contec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMI50562 by Manufacturer Maple-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand LR86414 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idec such as FT1AC12RAW equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC63A1J8310361 made by Nematron as well as the popular IWS127V4 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP477REG4124VP278002701 by Digital and FT1AC12RAW spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC752WFB202C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
