COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Charmilles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the IS511001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS2000M13040S14 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 852205 by Manufacturer Charmilles as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cisco Brand ISA30002C2FK9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ckd such as STR2 equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 17EA22AM3 made by Cleco/cooper-Tools as well as the popular P56X3900TSX original spares produced by Chemineer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM262Q by Cognex and STR2 spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35330461G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati.
