COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Caterpillar 54837 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dalton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 140WM16A20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0US2540A4OUS2540A4 manufactured by Cone and we are pleased to be able to service most Cone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OSD493 by Manufacturer Dalton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chicago-Rawhide Brand 50130 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge such as 07916374AB equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DTR90500 made by Danaher-Thompson-Micron as well as the popular 40MPFU400 original spares produced by Dixon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96022 by Dodge and 07916374AB spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MHO55112C1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cone. |
