COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Caterpillar 3S3977 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chicago-Rawhide products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cleveland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chicago-Rawhide such as the 400704 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17QZ50H56 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2315852 by Manufacturer Cleveland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cone Brand MSH0252 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Chiaravalli such as 08B3 equipment made by Chiaravalli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chiaravalli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chiaravalli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NN3009KMSP5 made by Consolidated-Bearing as well as the popular C200B125N056L1 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 83V1250 by Continental and 08B3 spares by Chiaravalli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3hev3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayco. |
