COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Casi Rusco CR501 / 503 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Custom-Sensor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Celesco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 13103AQD03SERA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCRDX manufactured by Custom-Sensor and we are pleased to be able to service most Custom-Sensor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT810100201211110 by Manufacturer Celesco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cyber-Optics Brand PRS800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as 80057491REVP equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3027480V145A012V made by Control-Concepts as well as the popular HSD351024MA340 original spares produced by Danaher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E65LNL9FES by Cutler-Hammer and 80057491REVP spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E58 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
