COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carver Pump ETA65-315 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Charmilles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chiba-Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cleveland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the ML121QT510S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K736 manufactured by Chiba-Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Chiba-Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPA04342 by Manufacturer Cleveland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand IS54030000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Centroid-Glentek such as GM40506000602811 equipment made by Centroid-Glentek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Centroid-Glentek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Centroid-Glentek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AX9006HJ1 made by Ckd as well as the popular ISM1100C11 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMXT05SBD by Cimon and GM40506000602811 spares by Centroid-Glentek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 255022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Char-lynn. |
