COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carson Manufacturing 36A164454DAP01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued David-Brown products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dalton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader David-Brown such as the C082163TAQK1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSD450 manufactured by Dalton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dalton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LTAA23SCE47479 by Manufacturer Dayco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayco Brand 2M509A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Diamond such as NO352C6282CL08P equipment made by Diamond have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Diamond products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Diamond" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AF06M01451 made by Demag as well as the popular 323140719513DTRS115300 original spares produced by Danaher-Thompson-Micron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16B by Chjc and NO352C6282CL08P spares by Diamond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 209806XG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crown. |
