COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carotron EO6040-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cds product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cisco such as the ISA30004CK9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMR302QL00 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDS1515F by Manufacturer Cds as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cke Brand GP70EG3124VCKE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cieco-Inc such as HD13 equipment made by Cieco-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cieco-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cieco-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R190E5L01 made by Chimei as well as the popular 607GK5 original spares produced by Ccs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3091583 by Cat and HD13 spares by Cieco-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35313221A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati. |
