COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carotron EO6040-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Circuit-Board-Card products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Celesco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Circuit-Board-Card such as the 8264558A0904YGAK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMR200QL02 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT94200753111110 by Manufacturer Celesco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ccs-Inc. Brand LFV270BL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as IS510011 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMX1T11LN2X made by Celerity as well as the popular ACDF3 original spares produced by Cmc-Controls-Ltd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 852029 by Charmilles and IS510011 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMR262X1120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
