COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carlo Gavazzi WM30AV53A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cgi-Circuits-Panametrics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ckd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cgi-Circuits-Panametrics such as the 7101141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462000703300 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CAC4A63B150 by Manufacturer Ckd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand DMR262X0160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cegelec such as 20X4250D1L equipment made by Cegelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cegelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cegelec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSDGL1220F2V3D made by Ckd as well as the popular DS1101R original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8005731R by Cognex and 20X4250D1L spares by Cegelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CERMATE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cermate-Hmi-Gd7-bst1a-c1in-Condi. |
