COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carlen CC290T-3600-AB-FMS-CP10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 195N0015VLT2805PS2B20STR1DBF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVX040A14A1N1 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD055B23A by Manufacturer Delta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand LDB3600FT33W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Contrex such as MTrack32001740 equipment made by Contrex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contrex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contrex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3X1545AC made by Comau as well as the popular HVX005A12A1B1 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 120103E13 by Control-Techniques and MTrack32001740 spares by Contrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVX050A14A1N1CA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
