COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carlen CC290T-3600-AB-12-MM-MS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Servo-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dezurik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dezurik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo-Motors such as the DSP35460186 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 941816R00144482 manufactured by Dezurik and we are pleased to be able to service most Dezurik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8548061BA01C61TPKG12400000 by Manufacturer Dezurik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLTFC103134g4470 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delta such as VFD055B23A equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A2272 made by Contraves as well as the popular SVX010A14A1B1PX0022411BCVA1 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EGB24040D by Contraves and VFD055B23A spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS421023414W25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati. |
