COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Camco SHV40A923-Z8A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Columbia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Climax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayco such as the 2YDX1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPS500ST107 manufactured by Columbia and we are pleased to be able to service most Columbia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C133E393 by Manufacturer Climax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Coen Brand 422020002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ckd such as RGIS08000427OSISICKF08B equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R3VX425 made by Dayco as well as the popular S05030SWSAD03BCHCG original spares produced by Cone Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6Z413A by Dayco and RGIS08000427OSISICKF08B spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C170E125 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Climax. |
