COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Camco P325-3-FY75-270 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reggiana parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the SF47AM90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RA105 manufactured by Reggiana and we are pleased to be able to service most Reggiana systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA052808 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand S47DT80N4HH07CBW1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ckd such as PP0X080180020STS1X003739 equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SNL517VU made by Skf as well as the popular S2325HQ04056141 original spares produced by Sterling Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RXM400 by Shimpo and PP0X080180020STS1X003739 spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
