COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cambridge Tech 002-3005043 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Chiba-Precision product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the DM8050E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462000703300 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAND34R23B by Manufacturer Chiba-Precision as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ckd Brand JSC3FB63B250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carrier such as 30GX680022 equipment made by Carrier have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carrier products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carrier" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BNR3324AQH00HD0001 made by Cleveland as well as the popular PCC5018DT2YDURFL286364 original spares produced by Ckd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 599689 by Capp/usa and 30GX680022 spares by Carrier are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CAMCIC5000R14G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
