COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the California Instruments MTX10-1-4034 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cegelec-Alsthom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carpanelli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Celesco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cegelec-Alsthom such as the MLS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MV63b4 manufactured by Carpanelli and we are pleased to be able to service most Carpanelli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT94200753111110 by Manufacturer Celesco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chentronics Brand 070701021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Charmilles such as 852341 equipment made by Charmilles have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Charmilles products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Charmilles" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HN68GA295 made by Carlyle as well as the popular AX9045s original spares produced by Ckd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 34RP0400 by Cgi-Motion and 852341 spares by Charmilles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT51060AA010Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati. |
