COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bystronic XYZ-97 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the YS67469852H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPEB3000PNAG2 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SILS42DMSGF by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner-Engineering Brand LG5B65PIQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Farris such as 27CA33120H4 equipment made by Farris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Farris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Farris" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 837A5X906 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular DR7100 original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZOIDDAGE90L by Kep and 27CA33120H4 spares by Farris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTLSE10MO600BKA05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
