COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Burnermate BMU-SM-7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ca-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ckd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognax such as the 82500461R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HT11B manufactured by Ca-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Ca-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCC5018DT2YDUDFL286364 by Manufacturer Ckd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carotron Brand E06100000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Char-lynn such as 1141122006 equipment made by Char-lynn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Char-lynn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Char-lynn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35314590A made by Cincinnati as well as the popular JCLA6RA original spares produced by Buss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STR2 by Ckd and 1141122006 spares by Char-lynn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Catel. |
