COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Buffalo Forge FF13436 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Continental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Caterpillar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Continental such as the HTD24008M30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5P4892 manufactured by Caterpillar and we are pleased to be able to service most Caterpillar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LTAA23SCE47479 by Manufacturer Dayco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chicago-allis Brand CB28200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cone such as SHV25A1888A equipment made by Cone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1C137 made by Climax as well as the popular 4Z384 original spares produced by Dayco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BS0374NEMA56CAM by Danfoss-Bauer and SHV25A1888A spares by Cone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 385014M90 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlisle. |
