COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Btg Pulptec TCT-2301 / TCT-2300 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the TWM12100300W1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VUO19016NO7 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VX8B7O1ANF2A0AUS by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vicor Brand VI25030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3HAB22411 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XCES50L made by Sony as well as the popular VELU00M04STRX original spares produced by Kvm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDM12100300W1000 by Indramat and 3HAB22411 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X15007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxjet. |
