COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bruce Technology 7-0.3203 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Charmilles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Burkert product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the 852341 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35330892G manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 554722 by Manufacturer Burkert as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chemglass Brand CG1100D03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Caron-Products such as REGL101 equipment made by Caron-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caron-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caron-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCC5018DT2YDURFL27006 made by Ckd as well as the popular JSMB21D03A original spares produced by Clifton-Precision Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CAC3A5050T2YDUD by Ckd and REGL101 spares by Caron-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TMEM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleco. |
