COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning YSS1060 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Charmilles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cummins parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Candy-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the ROBOFORM30315051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 211418 manufactured by Cummins and we are pleased to be able to service most Cummins systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DIFF1 by Manufacturer Candy-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Consolidated-Bearing Brand 6013ZZP6C3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Camco such as 180350RGS16020 equipment made by Camco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Camco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Camco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SHV30A022C7B made by Cone as well as the popular J2020261 original spares produced by Ckd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 345L100 by Dayco and 180350RGS16020 spares by Camco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CRN50500TFD970 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Copeland. |
