COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning E435/R05141300N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Camco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayco such as the 1L5161K058BA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPI122D4120TYPE2HH manufactured by Camco and we are pleased to be able to service most Camco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B051060WAQTB by Manufacturer Cone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Canadian-Overhead-Handling Brand D215 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Consolidated-Bearing such as 6013ZZP6C3 equipment made by Consolidated-Bearing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Consolidated-Bearing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Consolidated-Bearing" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 840H300 made by Dayco as well as the popular D160B17x3875 original spares produced by Browning Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 619082RS by Consolidated-Bearing and 6013ZZP6C3 spares by Consolidated-Bearing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CXTB45 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cci. |
