COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning C63FHE-4055/105632106003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aeg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BLH200E20T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B204A23 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AMHE132STA2 by Manufacturer Aeg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand BPH1904K5AA2CA2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as AP5M150B1C1 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B36E21I07009 made by Osai as well as the popular BSM63N175AF original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM43180CR25 by Atlas-Copco and AP5M150B1C1 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B14H1060N0W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
