COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning 85V3150M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowserve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CNFJ4095Y17 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BD31AUAAAAAAA manufactured by Flowserve and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowserve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CG16A by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand 90221AZD100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Formspray such as CL42155132GR equipment made by Formspray have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Formspray products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Formspray" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 926MDNS2100HC made by Winsmith as well as the popular BM3704T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNFMS036075E8GF63M4 by Sumitomo and CL42155132GR spares by Formspray are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 926MDSS42245KD4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
