COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning 6ARA2-SF20 / ARA-TEM-900 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Greiffenberger parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the 61BM030BXAT0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4df56c4 manufactured by Greiffenberger and we are pleased to be able to service most Greiffenberger systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5K43MG3976 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 5VF21STTDB4026ANX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 4Z062A equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 63L4NSDCA made by Nord as well as the popular 5KS447SAA298 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 50YNRB by Renold and 4Z062A spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4732CAS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
