COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning 442HQ200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chemineer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayco such as the 2Z935 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11RTN500 manufactured by Chemineer and we are pleased to be able to service most Chemineer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1400XH300 by Manufacturer Dayco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cone Brand B051040WAAT1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danly-Iem such as 62026822 equipment made by Danly-Iem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danly-Iem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danly-Iem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 917CSES536X0A8 made by Chemineer as well as the popular 99499 original spares produced by Chicago-Rawhide Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RGIS040004270S1S1X001938 by Ckd and 62026822 spares by Danly-Iem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
