COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning 15C56LR10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlisle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleaver-Brooks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Browning product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlisle such as the R5VX9006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32444 manufactured by Cleaver-Brooks and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleaver-Brooks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CBN3252SB3U143TC by Manufacturer Browning as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Browning Brand 2AK124H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cone such as B051040WAAT1 equipment made by Cone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 31377813841 made by Cincinnati as well as the popular TH3 original spares produced by Candy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R16CF1OKT2NS by Catep and B051040WAAT1 spares by Cone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1206 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chenta. |
