COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning 1330056-R10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carlson-Dimond--Wright product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone such as the MHO35A5403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B061040WAJT1 manufactured by Cone and we are pleased to be able to service most Cone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDWPT3342000260TIW55290 by Manufacturer Carlson-Dimond--Wright as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Buffalo-Forge Brand FF13436 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Camco such as 601RDM12H24120SHV557417C equipment made by Camco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Camco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Camco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B12040 made by Carlson as well as the popular CX210 original spares produced by Dayco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 226Q140L20 by Browning and 601RDM12H24120SHV557417C spares by Camco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1TMX2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayco. |
