COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brown Boveri F9M4-57341 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the F504D2CAKQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPA10016DPA10016 manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E39450T12T275R032M by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT71D4BMGO5HRTEFC3PH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumuller such as DS71S equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DH052060E4N01 made by Quality-Import as well as the popular DXE original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT80N4 by Sew and DS71S spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ECP4100T4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
