COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brown Boveri 66928 QU132S6B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 3MC302G3DRAEKJ1B22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 636229601 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5IK60AAFUL by Manufacturer Oriental as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand 506321014 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 449D431H01 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5KE184AC205B made by Ge as well as the popular 5IK90AST2F original spares produced by Oriental Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5422303WA99 by Brook and 449D431H01 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50A1SSX10FT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Renold. |
