COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brother BG3KM28-005TM4S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cipher-Data products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cavro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carotron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cipher-Data such as the 201279001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Syringe manufactured by Cavro and we are pleased to be able to service most Cavro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRC602 by Manufacturer Carotron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carotron Brand D1783000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Burns-Engineering such as TNO69GKP equipment made by Burns-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Burns-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Burns-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4630401 made by Bystronic as well as the popular 9308SST original spares produced by Chipcom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LFX200RD by Ccs and TNO69GKP spares by Burns-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ML121QTCHARS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Charmilles. |
