COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brother BG3KM28-005TM4AX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Circuit-Line parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ckd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chance such as the 7050249 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLVME30116012 manufactured by Circuit-Line and we are pleased to be able to service most Circuit-Line systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AX9006HJ1 by Manufacturer Ckd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ckd Brand JSC3FB63B250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Btm such as STC52VP equipment made by Btm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Btm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Btm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FABC0127 made by Burford-Corp. as well as the popular DAQOEM original spares produced by Cca Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB007 by Cherusal and STC52VP spares by Btm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01016332 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Change-System. |
