COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brother AB12C-2046 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Berkeley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the C6ES73152AF030AB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRG5M4045 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BAM432T by Manufacturer Berkeley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Entek Brand C6688 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aoki such as AKP8X0079 equipment made by Aoki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aoki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aoki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AV3700 made by Accu-Sort as well as the popular CDD16516 original spares produced by Catelec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS509P003 by Modicon and AKP8X0079 spares by Aoki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRP7U43P71B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
