COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brooks Instruments 4850ABC2G1B1HVG00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Charmilles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the XCA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V4F3407 manufactured by Carotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Carotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML121LLCHARS by Manufacturer Charmilles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Burndy Brand MY293 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Celesco such as PT94200753111110 equipment made by Celesco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Celesco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Celesco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PWA202B16G04 made by Caldon as well as the popular 3000122 original spares produced by Burleigh-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC7969502 by Butler and PT94200753111110 spares by Celesco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6V0513 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Caterpillar. |
