COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brooks Instrument 4850abc2g1b1DCC00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Burkert-Schmid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cisco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Burkert-Schmid such as the SP196 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AX9045s manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A771A by Manufacturer Cisco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cisco Brand N5KC5010PBFS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cgi such as 023SIX0200XX23N08 equipment made by Cgi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cgi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cgi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IP23 made by Bull-Electric as well as the popular ML121QTCHARS original spares produced by Charmilles Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4630401 by Bystronic and 023SIX0200XX23N08 spares by Cgi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35313636A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati. |
