COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brooks Automation 112033 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carl-Cloos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ces parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Burns-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carl-Cloos such as the PHG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAID manufactured by Ces and we are pleased to be able to service most Ces systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TNO69GKP by Manufacturer Burns-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cipher-Data Brand 201279001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ckd such as FSM2NAF102A151B equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5188169 made by Cincinnati as well as the popular 35313418A original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PAS3004DLSM5 by Circor-Kf-Contromatics and FSM2NAF102A151B spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 882367 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cellbond-Composites-Limited. |
