COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brooks 5860EA143RBA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the M3SRG0600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14102A6517 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 515100486 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Btm Brand PC1500SO90OCLL7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crei-Stt such as ASSIP65L equipment made by Crei-Stt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crei-Stt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crei-Stt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC21MT0 made by Calex as well as the popular E5818DP50EL original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E57LAL30T111E4 by Cutler-Hammer and ASSIP65L spares by Crei-Stt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80058341B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
