COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brecoflex 75AT10-3360 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the BB1683SI132 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8A60DT80N88MHR manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMQ22620256C by Manufacturer Grove as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Apex Brand AL070P1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mannesmann such as AF08 equipment made by Mannesmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A2262MQ56 made by Ohio as well as the popular 90942300 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B140SJ by Contitech and AF08 spares by Mannesmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 76Q111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lightnin. |
