COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brandless R23186A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chief products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carotron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chief such as the 351615TCU3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1269581 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V4F3407 by Manufacturer Carotron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cambridge-Tech Brand 0023005043 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carotron such as E06100000 equipment made by Carotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carotron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UGE made by Bremer as well as the popular Sentinel original spares produced by Canary-Safe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15310CTX2500K9 by Cisco and E06100000 spares by Carotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EI1U01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cassens--Plath. |
