COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Brandless 182X142MM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brown--Sharpe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cimatrix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the 3454037 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G56124000010203 manufactured by Brown--Sharpe and we are pleased to be able to service most Brown--Sharpe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature cimax by Manufacturer Cimatrix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brandless Brand LP8704A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bucher-Hydraulics such as 200103E11 equipment made by Bucher-Hydraulics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bucher-Hydraulics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bucher-Hydraulics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PLCI02I made by Centroid as well as the popular 4013420120 original spares produced by Centurion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51163701 by Brandless and 200103E11 spares by Bucher-Hydraulics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 364350CTFBDCCAS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bwi. |
