COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Br-automation 5D5200.35 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cegelec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cassens--Plath product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carotron such as the RCP202000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20X4250D1L manufactured by Cegelec and we are pleased to be able to service most Cegelec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EI1U01 by Manufacturer Cassens--Plath as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Burnermate Brand BMUSM7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by C-Cor such as NL15DDNKB6D2G1 equipment made by C-Cor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire C-Cor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "C-Cor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PTU3012 made by Ccs as well as the popular FB600Es original spares produced by Carriere Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MACRO by Carel and NL15DDNKB6D2G1 spares by C-Cor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YGHC29C26 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Burndy. |
