COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston X718-3A-15M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Forney products, including obsoleted and phased-out Memotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Forney such as the 35831701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17000700 manufactured by Memotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Memotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8121101239 by Manufacturer Marposs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 1326ABB730ES2L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as 0811404123 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 224259 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 3919955374 original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1336PBSP23C by Allen-bradley and 0811404123 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 064860002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accuray. |
