COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston SRF726W-10-B7G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shimpo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Md parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delroyd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shimpo such as the VRS140080K919FA1900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 219506 manufactured by Md and we are pleased to be able to service most Md systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V5040 by Manufacturer Delroyd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rex Brand ZB6211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ecoloc such as Z41611 equipment made by Ecoloc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ecoloc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ecoloc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SSHF91860B5H100 made by Baldor as well as the popular ZB2204S original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TR300A by Dodge and Z41611 spares by Ecoloc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30813 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zebra. |
