COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston PM975TF-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the MTBDP3330 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT30H444 manufactured by Sem and we are pleased to be able to service most Sem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSMA82C2SHPG20A05F0HAM by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand MRM21201H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bayside such as PG142003 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P14G9245G made by Reliance as well as the popular PG60005 original spares produced by Bayside Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPR31CIMPAK by Max-Motion and PG142003 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N2M30303102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moog. |
