COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear F231D-20-B5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Custom-Servo-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the MP15514R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPA75259 manufactured by Custom-Servo-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Custom-Servo-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D1220220B103G83HP by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delta Brand GPL3011000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlen such as CC550T3600ABMS equipment made by Carlen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 195N0015VLT2805PS2B20STR1DBF00A00C0 made by Danfoss as well as the popular MPA07 original spares produced by Custom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 178B4112VLT2800 by Danfoss and CC550T3600ABMS spares by Carlen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVL10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Burton. |
